Are These Movie Reviews or Wine Reviews? Jennifer Lawrence Can't Tell the Difference in This Hilarious Video
"Somebody called me full-bodied!?"
Love her or hate her (wait, why in the world would you hate her?), Jennifer Lawrence, by all accounts, seems like she would be a lot of fun to hang out with. She’s incredibly talented, she has a great sense of humor, and she doesn’t take herself too seriously.
On top of all that, she seems to enjoy having a drink. And not in a “this celebrity is out of control and parties too much” kind if way, but more like “this person would be awesome to go to happy hour with.”
And while it’s unlikely you’ll have a chance to drink champagne with her at the next Vanity Fair Oscar party, you could do the next best thing: tour wine country alongside her.
As part of a fundraiser to fight political corruption via Represent.Us, Lawrence explained in a YouTube video that one lucky donor and a guest will be chosen to join her for a California wine trip. “We’ll hang out, we’ll drink some wine, talk politics, drink wine, maybe we’ll call your ex, maybe we’ll call my ex, who knows? The point is, we’ll have fun,” she explains.
Sounds pretty great, right?
In order to justify why you would join Lawrence for a wine tour, in case you need further justification, the video also includes her playing a game wherein she reads a review and attempts to guess whether it’s for a wine, or for one of her films. And it’s trickier than you think. (Is "majestic and intense without being loud" about her performance in American Hustle or a Sauvignon Blanc?)
