"The Rosie" is This Decade's "The Rachel"

It's the blow-out to beat.

By Jenny Berg

There was a time when we'd rip pages out of magazines and bring them to our hairstylist. (Only to hear "you need extensions if you want Victoria's-Secret-Angel hair," but we digress.) These days, the best inspiration comes, of course, from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's Snapchat. And now, we have a step-by-step guide to create the British beauty's signature blow out: "The Rosie."

According to Huntington-Whiteley's stylist George Northwood, who clearly does God's work, it all starts with a big, round, ceramic brush. Then, he blow-dries the hair forward to give it a full, "sweeping look." In between, be sure to play "Formation" and do a little chair dance. Sure, you can try the look at home, but we espouse the method called "make your stylist watch Rosie's video while you prepare the playlist."

Or, you can always visit George's salon if you're lucky enough to be in London. Let us assume the role of tour guide for a second: The George Northwood Salon is on Wells Street, and it offers blow-out styles that top out at about 80 American dollars. The salon also has "tong/ blow-dry tutorials." Do you know what this means? This is your chance to top Rosie's D.I.Y. vid—or simply to request The 'hun.'
