Let's Pretend We Live in Tuscany & Have to Throw a Dinner Party, Shall We?
Because rustic serving platters make us happy.
If I could live in the film Under the Tuscan Sun, I would. I’d be barefoot and wearing long flowing dresses, hosting dinner parties under the stars in my grassy backyard. We’d munch on cheeses and charcuterie for hours, while drinking wine and resting our eyes on my bountiful vineyards.
Unfortunately, I live in suburban New Jersey #IRL. As a result, I’m forced to channel my Tuscan dreams via super rustic, super gorgeous serveware. It’s a reach, I know, but flights to Italy aren’t cheap!
So instead we can invite friends over and serve them with these natural root bowls, knotted cutting boards and wine barrel lazy Susans that look like they were carved from our vineyard own trees. Consider these homespun beauties as consolation prizes to the real thing. They also make great holiday presents for the hostesses in your life—just sayin’.
