Luann de Lesseps Reveals Details on Her Three Wedding Dresses

A white dress is a white dress, right? Not so for these celebrities, who wore the jaw-dropping, uniquely beautiful gowns that will get pinned on Pinterest boards until the end of times. As wedding season—and dress-shopping season—descends upon us, here are some of our favorite bridal looks of all time.

Okay, so not all these marriages withstood the test of time. (These are celebrity marriages we're talking about, people!) But, dresses this will never, ever go out of style. So pin away, brides-to-be!

Ciara’s wedding dress by Roberto Cavalli designer Peter Dundas was perfect for her fairy-tale wedding to football player Russell Wilson, minus one small detail: the 13-foot-long train was so extravagant it wouldn’t fit in the chapel!

Christian Siriano designed beautiful custom looks for the March nuptials of Orange Is The New Black star Samara Wiley and OITNB writer Lauren Morelli, with a classic ballgown for Samara and a caped jumpsuit for Lauren.

How did Olivia Palermo make a cashmere sweater tucked into bridal shorts look so amazingly chic? Her Carolina Herrera wedding ensemble is totally original.

Kim Kardashian wore three (count ‘em, three!) gowns during her 2011 wedding to Kris Humphries, a marriage that only lasted 72 days. But, she really hit it out of the park with her lace sleeved Riccardo Tisci-designed dress when she married Kanye West in 2014 (still going strong).

Chrissy Teigen also wore THREE wedding gowns to marry John Legend in Lake Como in 2013, but we like this poofy tulle-extravaganza ballgown the best.

Short wedding dress fans, Kiera Knightley is your girl. She skipped out of the chapel in ballet flats and a little Chanel number after marrying musician James Righton in 2013 — and she even recycled her wedding dress multiple times until she spilled red wine all over it at a party.

I love the fact that Keira isn't afraid to reuse outfits, this is her wedding dress 💜#keiraknightley #jamesrighton

The Jazz Age-inspired John Galliano dress Kate Moss wore to marry Jamie Hince in 2011 is the be-all and end-all of boho wedding gowns, and it even made it into an exhibit at the Victoria & Albert Museum in 2014.

Gwen Stefani’s pretty, punky hot pink dip-dyed John Galliano gown designed for her wedding to Gavin Rossdale also ended up in that same V&A exhibit.

Who could forget Princess Diana’s voluminous ivory silk taffeta gown, complete with a 25-foot train?

The world was watching, and Kate Middleton delivered with this iconic Sarah Burton-designed Alexander McQueen dress worthy of a princess.

Solange Knowles wore two looks for her wedding to Alan Fergurson. Both involved capes, one involved a cape and a jumpsuit, and she pulled all this off beautifully.

Talk about timeless: Grace Kelly’s silk and lace gown for her marriage to Prince Rainier of Monaco was designed with the bride’s fairy-princess image in mind. It’s now in the archives of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Brides are still pinning Audrey Hepburn’s Pierre Balmain-designed tea-length gown and her flower crown from her first marriage to Mel Ferrer.

Jackie Kennedy’s iconic wedding gown would look just as beautiful on a bride today, and it has quite the back story. The dress was created by African-American designer Ann Lowe, who’s now finally getting her due with an exhibit at the Smithsonian.

Tear! Angelina Jolie’s Versace wedding dress for her 2014 marriage to Brad Pitt was truly unique, embellished with designs from their children. It’s pretty bittersweet now, after a shocking split.

Poppy Delevingne (Cara’s sister) wore an elegant Chanel sheath to her wedding in London and then she and her husband James Cook had a second wedding in Marrakech — this time with a colorful gown from Peter Dundas.

Some call fashion editor Giovanna Battaglia’s wedding “the most over the top of all time.” She had six outfit changes, and all of her looks were fabulous, especially the Manolo Blahnik bridal boots.

With legs like Whitney Port, why not go for a high-low wedding gown?

Zac Posen designed Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s unforgettable looks for their 2008 wedding.

No bride has as much swagger as Bianca Jagger in her YSL Le Smoking jacket and giant white hat.

Victoria Beckham’s style has changed a lot since her wedding day in 1999, but we kind of love her over-the-top Vera Wang ballgown and so very Posh Spice custom tiara. Also, David Beckham wore a white tux and purple top hat, which is incredible. “What was I thinking?” he says now.

Cindy Crawford chose an off-the-rack Galliano mini dress for her beach wedding to Rande Gerber in 1998.

Lauren Bush’s father-in-law Ralph Lauren whipped up a modern Victorian gown for her Colorado ranch wedding to David Lauren in 2011. The bride accessorized with cowboy boots.

Brides emulate Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s iconic Narciso Rodriguez slip dress to this day.

Sofía Vergara must’ve burned some calories while wearing her strapless Zuhair Murad ballgown, which was covered with 11 pounds of sequins and six pounds of pearls. That's our kind of workout!
