5 Sexy Cocktails That Scream Valentine's Day
Serve up these stunning cocktails to your Valentine's date, and you might even get away with ordering takeout.

Los Angeles restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump knows a thing or two about romance: The Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Bevery Hills star has been married to her business partner Ken Todd for more than three decades. Together they own three successful L.A. spots—SUR, PUMP Lounge and Villa Blanca—known for their killer cocktails and sexy vibe. Here, Lisa shares a few of her restaurants' signature Valentine-rrific concoctions with The Feast.
1. Pumptini
The grapefruit-spiked, raspberry-garnished Pumptini is a sweet and tart way to start your Valentine’s night..."or to end it,” hints Lisa.
3 raspberries (plus 1 for garnish)
¾ oz simple syrup
¾ oz. orange liqueur
¾ oz. grapefruit juice
¾ oz. lime juice
2 oz. vodka
Ice
In a shaker, muddle the three raspberries with the simple syrup. Add the orange liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, vodka and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
2. Cucumber Basil Martini
“This one’s for the guys!" says Lisa. The crisp riff on the classic gets a fresh, bright flavor from the basil leaves and cucumber, and St. Germain adds intrigue.
2 cucumber slices
4 basil leaves
½ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Vanderpump Vodka
¾ oz. St. Germain
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Ice
In a shaker, muddle 3 of the basil leaves and the cucumber slices with the simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and add in the vodka, St. Germain and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
3. Pumpopolitan
Check out the pitch-perfect Valentine's color of this deliciously reinvented Cosmo, hit with a vibrant splash of cranberry juice. "Sex and the City would be proud,” says Lisa.
2 oz. grapefruit vodka
½ oz. Triple Sec
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Splash cranberry juice
Ice
Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Raspberry Mojito
There's no arguing with the crowd-pleasing flavor combo in this cocktail: Mint, lime, raspberries, rum and simple syrup join forces to make this juicy mojito twist "a great cocktail for both women and men,” Lisa notes.
3 lime wedges
4 mint leaves
3 raspberries
2 oz. white rum
¾ oz. lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Ice
Club soda
Add the lime wedges, mint leaves and raspberries to a shaker and muddle. Mix in the rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice to the top of the shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, mint leaf or raspberry.
5. LVP Red and Pink Sangria
“LVP Sangria is the signature cocktail at all of our restaurants,” says Lisa, the namesake behind this citrus-and-berry-spiked sangria. It's available in pink and red, and it does all the work for you: No prepping, no mixing, no stirring. Just open, pour and toast.
