It's literally a 45-minute, hardcore nap, with some light stretching on the side. The napercise class is offered at David Lloyd Clubs, which has studios all over the UK. We've been told our whole lives how important sleep is and in this day and age, it seems no one is getting enough. Sleep has a very powerful effect on our body, and science even says we heal better while we are asleep. According to the clubs' website, the nap is "designed to reinvigorate the mind, the body, and even burn the odd calorie."
