Carl Walks Back This “Derogatory” Comment to Lindsay as Gabby Tells Him "Go F-ck Yourself"
Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard are continuing to clash on the Summer House After Show.
Carl Radke repeatedly told his then-fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard, that he wanted "softness and tenderness" from her on Season 8, Episode 14 of Summer House. Now, he's apologizing.
"I can't say 'soft' to a woman. According to Lindsey, that's a derogatory thing to say to a woman," Carl said on the Summer House Season 8 After Show, much to Kyle Cooke's confusion. "I did not know that and I do apologize for saying that."
It's not clear whether Carl's being 100 percent serious, but when Kyle asked him to elaborate, he explained, "It's like saying to a man, 'Be more like a man.' If you ask a woman to be a little softer when you're discussing your career opportunities, I guess that's derogatory. That's what she told me. And if that's the case, I am sorry. Like, I didn't mean to be so derogatory."

Carl clearly still had mixed emotions about the conflict — which started when he revealed to Lindsay that he wanted to resume working for Loverboy — but he went on to note that while he does believe "it's OK" that he expressed his desire for softness, he ultimately "expressed it using the wrong words."
"I've never used a word my entire life like that and then faced [that] wrath when I'm talking from a genuine place of like, 'Hey, I need a little bit something different here,'" Carl continued. "And to get it completely turned back around on me, in my opinion, is actually classic Lindsay."
Why was Lindsay offended by Carl asking her to be "soft"?
Lindsay explained her gripe with Carl's request on the Summer House After Show. As she put it, "Telling a woman who is dealing with everything in this relationship and planning everything in this relationship — for not just the present and the current, but the future — and then telling me to be softer, is me looking at you and being like, 'Well, you need to be more of a man.'"
Gabby Prescod defends Lindsay after Carl's complaint she's not "soft"
Gabby Prescod agreed with Lindsay on the After Show. "Outside of those circumstances, saying that you need a woman to be softer is astronomical to me. Go f-ck yourself."
Added Gabby, "You do not get to tell me how I get to be in this world where I already have to fight for my f-cking life, and you get to walk."
