Kim Zolciak-Biermann is all about balance. The Don't Be Tardy mom of six may have a massively well-stocked pantry filled with every snack you can imagine, but she also has a fully loaded home gym where she routinely likes to run off those calories. How else would she be able to maintain her sexy, swimsuit physique while in self-quarantine? Kim actually has a very specific, go-to fitness routine that she leans on now more than ever, because as she puts it, "It's keeping me sane." 

On April 9, Kim took to her Instagram Stories to give followers a little glance at her daily workout in her fancy at-home gym and we were quite impressed. During this time of self-isolation, Kim has been running three-to-four miles about five times a week to keep her physically as well as mentally strong. 

"Been running 3-4 miles a day 5x a week like I have have BUT now it feels like a necessity! It's keeping me sane," she wrote before taking us inside her workout space. Kim also shared that she rocks a neoprene waist trainer and wrist weights for her run to up the intensity. "Why not sweat more?!" she added.
