As she admitted in the clip above — and in any other number of places — Brielle Biermann loves her cheeseburgers. But, every now and then, the Don't Be Tardy daughter does clean up her diet for a spell, and right now is one of those times.
After returning from a six-week traveling stint that left her and her family ready to take a break from indulgent vacation eats, Brielle is focusing on cleaner eats. And though doughnuts haven't been crossed off the list entirely, she has found some lower-calorie snacks to tide her over for the moment.
On July 25, the budding beauty mogul shared a photo of a new, low-calorie snack she's stumbled across. "This s--t slaps [low-key]," she wrote, showing a bottle of Arden's Garden cold-pressed juice in her manicured hands.
The vegetable juice that Brielle was sipping, which is called the PH Solution, clocks in at 20 calories per serving. It's also packed with decidedly non-cheeseburger ingredients including kale, spinach, celery, lemons, and cucumbers. Sounds pretty refreshing, right?
