Chef Tracey Bloom Shares Her Easy Braised Chicken Recipe
The Don't Be Tardy chef is celebrating "braising season" with a pan full of comfort food.
Chef Tracey Bloom is a handy woman to have around, whether you're looking to protect your wine stash from a SWAT team or simply need some tips to get through braising season.
In a recent Instagram post, the Don't Be Tardy foodie shared a recipe for a cozy chicken dish — and you don't need to be a Top Chef alum like Tracey to try it at home. "This is a an easy one for ya," she wrote to preface the recipe. The post continued:
"Bone in skin in chicken thighs season salt and pepper and sear. Remove from pan and add onion carrot celery mushrooms garlic fresh thyme and parsley sweat that around in the same pan for a little. Put it all in a pan with the thighs put some chicken stock in not completely covered. Just like in the pic. Put in the oven at 350 for like an hour or so maybe longer. Then remove thighs and reduce stocky stuff and pour back over thighs."
We can almost smell this comfort food baking through the screen, can't you?
