Chef Tracey Bloom's New Mama Food Hack Is a Fast, "Easy" Meal Recipe You Can Make with Leftovers
The Don't Be Tardy culinary whiz laid out her recipe in drool-inducing photos.
Now that she's come out as a mama (her son just turned 1!), we know that chef Tracey Bloom doesn't have as much time on her hands as she used to. So even though she still cooks for a living, Tracey is just like the rest of us: She'll take her quick recipe hacks where she can get them. And luckily, she's willing to share her tips.
In a March 26 Instagram post, the Don't Be Tardy kitchen goddess shared a snap of a delicious-looking sandwich. "Veggie Sandwich. This one is easy," she wrote. "If you have left over grilled veggies turn it into a yummy #sandwich ... The Mayo is pesto mayo. Literally just add pesto to mayo. Use Any cheese I use Colby jack or pepper jack."
Cheese, pesto, and mayo we can definitely get behind — and we don't mind cleaning out our fridge while we're at it. Keep scrolling to see Tracey's post, and be sure to click through the photos to see the super sandwich come together.
By the way, Tracey's also showed her mastery of veggies with this easy, tasty recipe for Brussels sprouts. Maybe it'd make a nice sandwich side.
