It would appear that Chef Tracey Bloom has had a change of heart when it comes to a particular herb. The Don't Be Tardy foodie — who recently let on that she has a 1-year-old son — is starting to add cilantro to everything. And this marks a dramatic shift from her cooking habits of the past. Let's have Tracey herself explain:

In an April 24 Instagram post, the culinary pro shared a snap of her homemade smoked brisket. "It was a big hit," she shared. "The rub was a bunch of stuff. I will eventually narrow it down I put a little #carolinabbq sauce and fresh cilantro." 

And speaking of cilantro, Tracey continued, "I [used] to hate cilantro but now I put that s--t on everything." She's come around, everyone! And whatever she's doing to spice up her rub, we'll take Tracey's word for it that this fine-looking piece of meat was a "hit."
