Jeff Lewis Shares Another Look at His Daughter's Nursery & the Wallpaper Is Sublime
The Flipping Out design pro's daughter's bedroom is a reflection of his incredible taste.
He may be in the midst of an an increasingly tense custody battle, but Jeff Lewis is giving off nothing but happy vibes when he’s in his daughter Monroe’s nursery. And it’s easy to see why: The space is pure magic!
We’ve gotten a sneak peek of the nursery room before — with its creamy shag rug and farmhouse crib — but in this latest share, we were able to see just how supremely sweet Monroe’s nursery is. It’s proof that in addition to creating high-design spaces for adults, the Flipping Out star is equally adept at handling kiddo clients (like his daughter), too.
The baby-girl pink velvet couch anchoring the room is the perfect accent to the wall of high-drama black mirrored closet doors… but really, we just can’t stop staring at the nursery’s best feature: That wallpaper! Whimsical and colorful, the floor-to-ceiling wall covering features rows and rows of colorful birds perched on branches, seemingly in conversation with one another.
And while the paper adds a hefty dose of color to the room, it’s not overwhelming thanks to lots of white space in there too — allowing plenty of room for Jeff to hang artwork and other framed items.
Topping it all off? That stately gray tufted ottoman… which we’re betting Monroe has jumped off once, twice, or 200 times.
