Jenni shares her side of the argument with Jeff.

TWO VERY DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW

At Spring Oak Deb handles Eddie.
She really should be Head of Operations.
Jeff loves Deb because she tells it like it is.

I give Jeff a baby making technique tip.
Jeff says he “needs some time before we get pregnant.”
We?

Expanding Mulholland is on Jeff’s to do wish list.

Gage has put together a lucrative paint contract for Jeff.
He hopes this will give them time to focus on family.
Jeff signs the contract saying he will behave himself.
Gage expresses concern.

Jeff and Gage aided by Vanina interview interns.

Jeff says he hates sunflowers, roses... and mooches.
He tells Zoila, Vanina, and Gage his opinions about my recent behavior.
Jeff is very angry with me.
We see the same situations very differently.
I have information I am too stunned to express.
He tells me to get out of the car and go home.

Jenni on the Verge of Being Fired
He says, “Liars, I mean … that’s like the number one … I won’t deal with.”
I did not lie to Jeff.
I am not going to lie and say I did.
Insisting on telling Jeff my truth might cost me my job.
If he is going to be miserable working with me, he probably should fire me.
He wants me to say I lied.
Jeff says it’s not about Cabo, it’s about me lying.
Jeff says he wants me to figure out my priorities.

Andrew asks Gage for Gramercy info for the new intern, Katrina.
Katrina gets Andrew’s take on Gage’s personality.
The new intern has Andrew thinking walking papers.
Forgotten receipts have Katrina sweating.
Andrew is delighted with the lack of professional perfection.

Mulholland meeting requires a disciplined work focus.
I try to stop hearing in my head all the awful things that have been said.
Lawrence the architect, Jeanne, Jeff, and I discuss the new additions.
Jeff and Jeanne are not on the same page.
Jeff is disappointed.
Lawrence just wants agreement so he can get to work.
I want out of this awful mood.
Jeff keeps saying terrible things about me that I don’t think are true.
Jeff has his version of the events.
I am looking at the same thing seeing something very different.
Jeff is bringing our problems into his client’s home.
It does not look good for Jeff to call me “my freeloading assistant.”
Jeanne defends me and it is heartbreaking.
Jeff has the words liar and lie on a loop.

At Spring Oak Jeff asks Zoila to read Sex Tips from Guys on his computer.
Zoila reads then says, “You so pervert,” and walks away.
Jeff bargains that if she reads more no more work for the rest of the night.
Sex Tips from Guys read by Zoila has Jeff in tears laughing.
“So Pervert.”
Exit Zoila. The paint contract with Dunn-Edwards is for Jeff a dream come true.
Jeff, Gage, and Vanina take a meeting at one of their stores.
They have said Jeff will have an office there.
Gage has concerns about Jeff’s behavior in a corporate environment.
The executives Nick and Brad’s expressions say it all.
Jeff comes to their workspace and tells them what he wants.
Jeff’s ideas have Nick responding, “You know we do run a business out here.”
Gage says Jeff wants to push Nick’s big buttons.
Brad and Nick are not amused.  
Gage’s temperature is rising with Jeff’s continued off point antics.

Mulholland is the location of Jeff’s discussion with Jeanne about Jenni.
Jeanne hears all about Cabo from Jeff’s point of view.

What Jeff refers to as “Cabogate” has him taking me to his therapist.
Doctor Donna hears it all.
“I think you need to think about whether you want to continue the friendship and the business… or not.”
