Gage Edward Is Working on a Major Construction Project

One year has passed since Gage Edward and Jeff Lewis broke up after a 10-year relationship and Gage left Jeff's real estate development and house flipping business. Now, the Flipping Out alums are continuing to co-parent and share custody of their daughter, Monroe, but they do not work together on real estate properties anymore.
Instead, Jeff continues to release home improvement products, including new colors of his Jeff Lewis Paint Line, and he hosts a radio show on SiriusXM's Radio Andy network (helmed by our very own Andy Cohen), where he discusses his day-to-day life. Meanwhile, Gage just showed a quick peek on his Instagram Stories at a project he's working on that is currently under construction.
While the cardboard-covered floors prove the project is still in progress, the light fixtures are in place and the classic white molding of the room looks shiny and new. The ceiling has a slightly darker hue, which offers some drama.
"Almost done," he wrote, adding a check mark emoji.
It's unclear whether this space is going to be Gage and Monroe's future abode one day, or if it is a new project that Gage is working on professionally, but it's already looking good!
