“I wanna congratulate Jeff on recently having his lip fillers dissolved after an iconic stint that spanned 20 years and four presidents,” Andy joked on the show as the camera panned to the Jeff Lewis Live host’s thinner pout.

On his SiriusXM podcast in August, Jeff detailed how his dermatologist, Dr. Salar Hazany, was the one to point out his migrated lip filler, noting that he wasn’t willing to do any work on the podcaster until they took care of the issue.

“What happened was the filler [from] 20 years ago… it migrated into both sides of my upper lip and created, like, two balls,” the New York dad shared on his show. “I didn’t know it was filler; I thought it might be silicone, I didn’t know. Over the years I haven’t liked it, but I thought, ‘They’re gonna have to cut open my lip and take it out.’”

The interior designer then noted that while Dr. Hazany originally said the dissolving process would be low on the “pain scale” — about a “1.5” out of 10 — it turned out to be much worse.

“It f--king hurt. You know what he said to me when it was done? ‘Yeah, that’s one of the most painful procedures we do here [...] that was a 10 out of 10,’” Jeff shared. “He goes, ‘I didn’t wanna tell you that, because I knew you wouldn’t do it.’”
