Carson Kressley and Thom Filicia Are Making Us Want a Hanging Chair … Like, Now
This piece of furniture dominates the discussion in the second episode of Get a Room with Carson & Thom.
On the latest episode of Get a Room with Carson & Thom (tune in Fridays at 9/8c!), the designers faced the rare challenge of taking on client Kenyatta … who’s also a ex-interior designer. Though she has moved on to real estate biz, she still had a whole lot of opinions!
“She’s an ex-interior designer,” Thom Filicia dished to Carson Kressley on their way to meet Kenyatta and her husband Rudy. “I’m very concerned about the ex-interior designer part because interior designers can be very difficult!”
Well, no surprise here, Kenyatta was very involved in the design process, especially when it came to picking out the hanging chair she had specially requested. While Kenyatta questioned Thom’s vision upon seeing it in a Modsy rendering — and likened his chair pick to a jock strap! — the final outcome left she and Rudy very impressed. “I could not have done this by myself,” she said, admitting the two designers had totally nailed it.
