One lucky winner got her dull bedroom transformed into a chic, functional space.
When Latoya Wilson moved from Brooklyn, New York, to a home in New Jersey, the selfless single mom prioritized decorating her living areas and kids' spaces. Unfortunately, that meant her attic-style bedroom was a dull and outdated space in desperate need of a revamp.
However, this story has a happy ending: LaToya is the winner of the Bravo Home Pintervention, a contest in which Bravo Home teamed up with Pinterest to give one deserving winner a total room makeover. Watch the video above to see how LaToya and Kyla Herbes from House of Hipsters brought their pinspiration to life and completely transformed LaToya's bedroom.
Homepolish’s Natalie Chianese worked behind the scenes with Joshua Rutkowski from Rutkowski Renovations LLC to help make Kyla and LaToya’s vision a reality, and the end result is truly stunning. A fresh color palette and some chic gold accents gave the space a major upgrade, while a custom closet by California Closets was created to make the most of the space.
