Check Out Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann's Brand New $14.5M Beachside Condo
Such is the price of penthouse living these days ... especially when you're on the beach in Santa Monica!
Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann are moving on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky! The producer and actress have dropped a staggering $14.5 million on a waterfront condo in Santa Monica, CA. Not one, but two elevators are available to whisk them directly up to the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom abode, so if for some reason they need privacy on the way up, Judd and Leslie can each take their own lift.
According to Variety, the penthouse unit was designed by an architect named A. Quincy Jones (but not the Quincy Jones). The place is huge — 8,000 square feet — and has the most enviable rooftop in that stretch of the Pacific Coast. Take a look and you'll see what we mean!
Those Views
The couple's new digs has bird's eye view of Santa Monica and Venice, which ought to also be pretty great for stargazing.
An Indoor Living Room ... That Might As Well Be Outdoors
The living room's spectacular skylight is pretty much everything. But wait, so are the floor-to-ceiling windows! Check out that sunset.
The Formal Dining Room
The dining room is staged to be formal here (there's an informal breakfast nook area as well), but the couple's customization possiblities are endless, and thanks to the condo's wraparound balcony, indoor/outdoor living is fully realized here.
An Airy Bedroom
See those mountain views? Some bedrooms have ocean ones, too. Why ever get out of bed?
The Coziest of Family Rooms
The family room gets the honor of one of the best views of palm trees in the penthouse, but the carpeting and curtains make the space extra-comfy.
What a Rooftop
It almost doesn't matter what it looks like inside, because here's where they'll probably be spending most of their time. Wouldn't you?
