Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are letting go of an extraordinary home in Los Angeles. Oprah's designer of choice and his husband, who star in Nate & Jeremiah by Design on TLC, have listed their singularly spectacular Mediterranean estate in the Hancock Park area for $13.8 million, reports Forbes. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which comes with a separate guest house for that old Hollywood glamour, was built in 1928 and updated in 2017 by Nate and Jeremiah, who retained the most fabulous old bones and fleshed them out with modern design mastery. According to Forbes, the refreshed estate made a public debut on the pages of Architectural Digest.
