"Your Girl" Nene Leakes Has Something Big Brewing with These 2 Other Atlanta Ladies
The Real Housewife will be joined by some familiar faces to RHOA fans in a project this spring.
Nene Leakes is keeping busy in the acting department. Later this month, she's slated to star alongside Lil Yachty and D.C. Young Fly in How High 2, the sequel to the 2001 comedy that starred Redman and Method Man.
Nene plays Yachty’s mom in the TV movie, set to premiere on well, 4/20 (get it?). According to Page Six, Mike Epps, Alyssa Goss, DeRay Davis, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Blac Youngsta, Lil Baby and Justine Skye will also appear in the film. Back in 2018, Deadline reported that Tameka "Tiny" Harris would also make a cameo. And, someone named Porsha is name checked in the hilarious preview. Do they mean Williams?
Two more The Real Housewives of Atlanta ladies who we do know make a cameo are Cynthia Bailey and Marlo Hampton, both of whom are featured in a sneak peek for the flick.
This is the latest acting gig for Nene, who also confirmed that she's set to star in a new series, Ride or Die. "She done, done it again! Another scripted series! I was really trying to move in silence on this because I know the people that try to stop my greatness is watching me," Nene wrote on Twitter about the project back in February.
