Lisa Vanderpump Explains Why Vanderpump Dogs Is Staying Open Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic
The Vanderpump Rules businesswoman set the record straight.
At this point, many businesses have temporarily closed due to COVID-19. These commercial shut downs happened so quickly and rampantly, and countless communities have experienced massive changes in their daily lives because of them. Although many places have closed their doors for right now, Lisa Vanderpump is doing her best to keep one of her businesses open during this hard time.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member opened up about her rescue center, Vanderpump Dogs, in a recent tweet and explained why it is so important for things to be running as business as usual.
The businesswoman and restauranteur tweeted, "As a rescue center it's essential we stay open for adoptions primarily, by appointment only. Proud of my staff, heavy sanitation and distancing..."
Lisa and her Vanderpump Dogs crew are taking all of the necessary measures to keep their doors open and help their animals find the loving homes they need. Businesses like Lisa's are considered essential, and despite the pandemic going on, the entire staff is working hard to take care of all of the animals. This is an especially difficult time for rescue animals and shelters in general, so what Lisa is working toward is incredible!
