Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave wasn't always the fitness buff she is today. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal had an amazing — and well-documented — transformation, shedding tons of weight and gaining better overall health in the process. Still, she's had fans ask her about one potential side effect of losing lots of weight: loose skin. On November 5, the accountability coach took to Instagram Stories to weigh in on the tricky topic of loose skin.
In the post, Teddi showed a side-by-side image of herself running in the Malibu Marathon. "It's all about the angles," Teddi wrote. "This is a @crusephoto taken one second apart from one another ..." Of course, being Teddi, she looks fabulous and fit in both images, but they're not identical. Take a peek:

In her caption, Teddi continued: "I get lots of messages from people asking me why I don't have loose skin after losing lots of weight. I have repeatedly responded with of course I have loose skin. I just don't focus on it and the pictures you are seeing are the good angles. For those of you who are worried about your loose skin. You're not alone. A lot of us have it. [Switch] your focus!"
