Lauren Manzo Scalia Celebrated New Year's Eve With a Gorgeous Charcuterie Board

It's a brand new year, but Lauren Manzo Scalia is sticking to an old habit — and it's a delicious one. On New Year's Eve, the Manzo'd With Children alum served up another one of her famous charcuterie boards. And as her pictures prove, it was just the thing to start 2021 off on a delectable note.
In a holiday snap that she posted to Instagram, Caroline Manzo's daughter tagged Boards by Randi, which had prepared quite the spread for the salon owner's New Year's Eve celebration.
Lauren's photo showed a platter laden with several types of cheese, interspersed with fresh slices of meat. There were also dried cranberries, cucumber slices, red grapes, crackers, and a miniature jar of blueberry jam. Breadsticks, dried peas, and sprigs of rosemary rounded out the arrangement — and the spread even had a miniature party hat.
In the middle of the board, a glittering 2021 topped a decorative toothpick. And with cheese and sparkles, it's tough to go wrong.
