Jazmin took to Instagram on June 18 to share a sun-kissed pic as she posed in her skivvies on her tippy toes. "Cooking delicious meals that keep you on track with your weight loss goals just got easier," she wrote in her lengthy caption that detailed her new low-cal meal guide. If you aren't aware, the California-based concierge is also a fitness and health aficionado who sticks to an intense everyday eating plan in addition to her rigorous workout routine.
