Dr. Contessa Metcalfe may need help when it comes to her "sexy face," but she most definitely has the whole natural glow thing down. The Married to Medicine physician recently shared a makeup-free selfie on Instagram, and we are in awe.
In the pic, posted on March 10, Contessa posed completely bare-faced in her "workflow" gear. The multitasking mama rocked a pair of black scrubs accented with an African print. And that skin?! Flawless, radiant, and hydrated, honey.
Along with her makeup-free complexion and a million-dollar smile, Contessa showed off a new hairstyle. The doc is now sporting an intricate braided hairdo that goes down to her waist.
And just in case anyone is wondering, Contessa added the hashtag "no plastic surgery here."
This isn't the first time Contessa has talked about cosmetic procedures. "I offer Botox. I do Botox and fillers on people, but I have never had it for myself. I've never done any cosmetic things on my face," she shared in November 2019.
However, she is open to it. "I would love to one day," she added. "I'm getting to be a woman of a certain age, so I am looking for any beauty hacks to keep you looking young."
By the looks of this new glowing selfie, it seems like Contessa is the one who needs to be sharing her beauty hacks.
