The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brokers have nabbed a whale of a listing — see inside!
Considering the vast amount of wealth in Los Angeles, it’s pretty hard to break any real estate records, but with their newest listing, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' David Parnes and James Harris have gone and done it. At 20,058 square feet, the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom property at 8408 Hillside Avenue is now the biggest home available in the uber-exclusive Hollywood Hills nabe. And not surprisingly, it costs a pretty penny! How much? The home is currently priced at a whopping, mind-blowing $43.9 million.
What do you get for the price? Well, a lot, actually. Beyond bedrooms and bathrooms, the spectacular house is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living, with myriad water and fire features, a state-of-the-art theater, a game room, a wellness center and a car showroom. Oh, and let’s not forget the 163-foot wraparound infinity pool, where one can take in crazy gorgeous views from San Gabriel Mountains to Santa Monica to Catalina Island.

The three-level property includes fire pits, waterfalls and unlimited places to entertain and catch some stunning views.
Completely retractable doors throughout the home bring the outdoors in, turning every sitting area into an alfresco entertaining space in seconds.
The master suite is a whopping 2,800 square feet and comprises an wrapping terrace and its own private hot tub. (Not to mention a floating fireplace!)
David told CNBC that the master closet was built in Lake Como, Italy and shipped across the Atlantic. "Look at this, even your clothes have a crazy view," he joked to the news outlet.
With multiple decks, ambient lighting, cascading ivy and even a towering palm tree built into the tiered infinity pool, the home's outdoor game is definitely on point.
Remember that "wellness center" we mentioned? Well, it too is indoors/outdoors and includes a space for couples massage, a sauna, a steam room and cold and hot plunge pools.
Is it worth $43.9 million? You betcha!
