MDLLA Sneak Peek: See Inside the Insane Beverly Hills Home James and David Are Selling This Week
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brokers are selling a one-of-a-kind home for a whopping $15.995 million.
Another week, another gorgeous home for us to drool over while watching Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, am I right?? As someone who rarely makes it to the West Coast, I have to say that this show is truly giving me the fly-on-the-wall access I’ve always wanted. And this week’s episode is no different, with brokers James Harris and David Parnes showcasing their newest listing dubbed “Arden.” (See a sneak peek of the home in the the video above!)
Sprawling more than 9,000 square feet, the Beverly Hills home comes complete with Italian finishes and uber-modern touches. How modern? Think: A floor-to-ceiling bookmatched porcelain fireplace, a black Italian marbled kitchen island, and a floating main staircase, just to name a few stand-out details! Located in the heart of the “Beverly Hills flats” (aka a primo central location in the upscale nabe), James says, “This house is such a hot commodity because it’s the only modern house that exists in the neighborhood.”
Listed for $15.995 million, the aggressively-priced house also includes a glass-in, climate-controlled wine cellar, an al fresco massage room, a movie theater, and much, much more. While we’re not going to spoil whether the British brokers are able to sell the property by the episode’s end, we are more than happy to give you guys a sneak peek into the stunning home! Tune in to tonight’s episode at 9/8c to see the outcome.
Dining Room
There are dining room chandeliers and then there is this — a gorgeous, multi-layered modern hanging fixture that is simply stunning.
Kitchen
That black Italian marble island dominates the kitchen. Even the drawers and under-counter panels are swathed in marble as well.
Stairwell
The staircase is the centerpiece of the modern home, with floating stairs, glass and metal railings, and a show-stopping orb chandelier.
Wine Cellar
Every home needs a wine fridge... er, we mean glass-encased, climate-controlled wine cellar.
Massage Room
I'm relaxed just looking at this al fresco massage room.
Backyard
The home's only downside appears to be a smaller lot (than what is typical for that price), given that it's only 11,000 square feet. But I'm seeing a pool, bar, and cabana, so it's looking pretty awesome to me!
Indoor/Outdoor Living Area
The California standard these days is indoor/outdoor living and Arden does it beautifully with floor-to-ceiling pocket doors that make the spaces seamless.
