Josh Flagg’s New Home Is Going to Have Some Serious Curb Appeal
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is giving his new neighbors something to see.
We know that Josh Flagg and Bobby Boyd have been renovating the classic Beverly Hills estate they purchased last summer for nearly six months now. Last November, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent and his husband deployed a huge construction team to work on the 4,565 square-foot property, which was built in 1928.
"The Boyd Flagg residence: the fastest rebuild in the history of man. Coming to a theater near you soon," he said in an Instagram post at the time. "This may be the biggest crew in the history of man."
Now, the couple is heavy into the design phase of the new home, and from the peek that Josh just shared on his Instagram Stories, it's going to have serious curb appeal.
That isn't surprising, considering the Los Angeles power broker knows a thing or two about what makes a house pop from the outside. What's on tap? A terra cotta roof accents an all-white facade and a slew of black-paned windows, including one massive 36-panel flanking the entry.
Adding softness and texture to the home's facade are the window boxes overflowing with bright green ivy and The Beverly Hills Hotel-esque striped awnings. Sigh. It's going to be gorgeous, for sure.
What we're really waiting for, however, is a glimpse of what Josh and Bobby have going on inside the expansive home!
