Josh Flagg Shares the Reason He Hasn't Moved into His New House — and It's Scary

The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent opened up about some juju issues he's dealing with.

Josh Flagg and Bobby Boyd are in the midst of renovating a 1920s house in Beverly Hills. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent has called the vintage dwelling his "dream home," but there is one thing that's not quite right with with it. Namely, this house has some seriously messed-up juju

When chatting with paparazzi about the whole home-renovation ordeal, Josh shared that the energy in the house was "bad." He added, "She kept scratching me at nighttime." We presume the she is a ghost. (BRB, succumbing to full-body shivers.) 

Josh continued, "So bad that we had to really rip all the walls down in the house, we had to move out for like nine months. It was awful."

And though Bobby quipped: "All the sage in the world can't bring us back," Josh was quick to defend his dream house. "No, she's good," he insisted. "She's left us alone. She's good." 

But in general, Josh is more amenable to haunted houses than Bobby is. The couple also dished about a time that Josh wanted to buy a house on Crescent.

"Then we found out that a guy was murdered and rolled up in a Persian rug in the basement," Josh said. Bobby added, "You still wanted to buy it!"
