Million Dollar Listing L.A. Sneak Peek: See Inside the Too Faced Cosmetics Founders' Home
The Too Faced Cosmetics co-founders, Jerrod Blandino and husband Jeremy Johnson, are selling their home, and you’re going to want to see these photos.
For all you Home & Design devotees, tonight is a big night… because the premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is finally here! That’s right, our favorite L.A. brokers are back, and the homes they're listing this season are even bigger, more expensive, and more gorgeous than before. We know, it's really hard to imagine, but after seeing a sneak peek of the episode, we promise it’s true.
One house in particular that had us glued to our screen was Tracy Tutor Maltas’ listing “Beverly,” which was priced at a whopping $3 million… for a two-bedroom. Only in Beverly Hills, people! The best part, however, was the home’s ultra-fabulous owners Jerrod Blandino and husband Jeremy Johnson, who are the co-founders of Too Faced Cosmetics. More to know: The duo just sold their makeup company for 1.4 billion dollars. “That’s billion with a ‘b’,” Tracy pointed out in the premiere.
Despite the home’s fabulous aesthetic (it was featured in Elle Décor, BTW), Tracy found the 2,927-square-foot manse extremely difficult to sell. “Beverly is like me if I was a house,” she explained. “It’s chic, it’s expensive, and it’s tiny. It’s just really cozy and special and it requires a certain sophistication for people to walk in and get it.” With only two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, that’s a tough sell! But Tracy was up to the task, and believed she could move it by marketing the home as the ultimate bachelorette pad… and by throwing a bachelorette party there, of course.
Did she get the job done? Well… you'll have to tune in to see! Check out our favorite details of Beverly below and be sure to watch the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season premiere tonight at 9/8c.
