Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg Went to the Wildest Open House Party We've Ever Seen
The Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles brokers toured one of the hottest properties in L.A.
Here is proof that open houses in LA aren’t like open houses anywhere else. Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles broker Tracy Tutor recently shared a video in her Instagram stories showing a wild shindig going down, equipped with a shirtless male dancer, a disco ball, and a very “confused and intrigued” MDLLA cohort Josh Flagg drinking a cocktail out of a Campbell's soup can.
“I can’t figure out if I should be touring the house or [dancing]” Tutor wrote, using the dancing emoji to express her amusement.
Turns out the event was not a reenactment of Studio 54 in its heyday but a “property premiere” party staged to showcase a new $15 million listing in Beverly Hills.
The bash showed off not only the home, an ultra-modern new build in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood, but several rare pieces by Andy Warhol — and the pop artist’s 1974 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow was even parked in the garage! All the Warhol memorabilia and the car are apparently negotiable in the home’s asking price.
So, the takeaway is, yes, in L.A., deluxe properties get their own glam premieres, just like movie stars!
