When you stage an open house in Los Angeles, you never know who might walk through the door. A major celebrity heartthrob? A world famous rock star? You have to be prepared for anything.

Such was the case for Tracy Tutor of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles during the sale of an architecturally significant home in Malibu The property in question was an iconic beach house designed by architect John Lautner, and it was a career listing for Tracy.

"I think [that was] one of my most favorite homes I've ever sold," she told the New York Post. Lautner’s homes are considered modern masterpieces and attract loads of foot traffic, the well-heeled kind.

“I’d show the house and I never knew who was going to come through the front door next,” Tracy said. “When Lenny Kravitz walked through the front door, I did have like a mini-meltdown because he might be the sexiest man alive. But I held it together!”

Tracy ended up selling the home to actor Edward Norton but not before showing it to others, like Adam Levine. She still considers the listing a highlight of her career. “I think showing that house and being a part of that listing was probably a big moment for me in my career because the people that love John Lautner are generally people who appreciate architecture, and it was a lot of rock stars.”

However there is one celebrity Tracy admits would crack her tough facade — Ryan Gosling.

“I mean I work with a lot of celebrities, and many are handsome, but I think if Ryan Gosling came into the room I’d probably have a heart attack. I’d freak out!
