Altman Got Hooked By His Own Game

Madison thinks Josh A. deserved that slap from Josh Flagg, and has nothing but kind words for Marisa.

By Madison Hildebrand

Another cameo by the great agent, Marisa, visiting Flagg's listing. I think she should replace Josh A next season, don't you? She is not "showing", but rather she "being," and she is natural. She is quick and witty, and tells it like it is. Time to put a real woman on the show.

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Then there is Mikey, Altman's assistant. I love Mikey, but honestly, how much does he get paid to "assist"? He is always having more fun than working. God bless him.

To hear Altman say, "This is as sharky as it gets" sounds like he just got hooked by his own game. Even sharks get caught -- even if this shark is Flagg. He ended up making the deal by double ending the clients, and he had his reasons, but "throwing in half of your commission" is crazy. It means he just assumed double the liability and is only getting paid half -- and he doesn't get to even own a piece of the real estate. I tell my clients, "I am making the deal, not buying the real estate myself. It is up to you to take the market price, or to take the risk and possibly lose the their deal."

Best line of the night was by Grandma Edith, "Are you happy?"

Josh Flagg replies, "Yeah!"

"Then shut up!" says Edith.

Love her. Love her so much that Altman deserved that slap from Flagg. WOW.
