Josh's Dinner Was Comical
Madison comments on Josh's big announcement and wants to know what you think of his fellow agents' business models.
Ah ha! And the light shines through in this episode. I am so proud of my team and my business and where we have come in just a few short years. It was very interesting to watch the way Josh A. and Josh F. handle their business and who they choose to align with. We all have very different ideas of efficiency (check out their number of listings versus mine). I think the proof is in the pudding. Thanks everyone at #TheMalibuLife.
Did anyone else feel completely awkward watching Heather, Josh and Matt?
The dinner scene was also comical -- thought it was an engagement -- made a big deal out of nothing, but any excuse to hang with family is a good one...right?
There is more I would like to say about what I observed tonight, but I am going to remain a professional and let you all do the talking. What did you think of Altman's "team" model? Excluding Heather, yay or nay? I almost fell out of my chair when the Altman's said they were going to have a hard time trusting Heather since she works for the competition -- really? Hmm, this all sounds too familiar. Can't he possibly see that I had the same problem? This relationship will hopefully have a different fate, for their sake.
Flagg Flagg Flagg. . .why would you put such a green agent in such a "live" situation. Even though your intentions were good, you were lucky to get that listing. I like your new house! Congrats.
