Charli XCX Purchased Josh & Matt Altman's Incredible Listing for $5.1M: See Inside
The singer reportedly purchased the home from another notable musician, who was repped by the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brothers in the deal.
Charli XCX is now the owner of one of Josh Altman and Matt Altman's incredible luxury listings.
According to Variety, the singer recently purchased the 6,000-square-foot property for $5.1 million. The home, which Architectural Digest reports was owned by Calvin Harris, boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms (including a jaw-dropping two-story owner's suite) as well as a guest house with a full kitchen and recording studio. AD notes that the abode was initially listed last year for $5.75 million before being re-listed for $5.5 million earlier in 2020.
In recent months, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast has been hard at work helping performers find and sell their dream homes. In addition to reportedly repping Harris in the sale of this house, the Altman Brothers represented Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber in the purchase of their jaw-dropping $26M house in August. Weeks later, James Harris worked with Demi Lovato when she purchased a lavish $7M property in Studio City.
