"Apparently Mariah Carey — hi, Mariah! — was trying to rent this," Fredrik explained in the video above as he gave a tour of his former rental. "But I snapped it up."

With 10 bedrooms, a "crazy big dining room," and an idyllic backyard, it's not hard to see why the house would pique major interest. "Look at this," Fredrik said as he looked at the home. "Am I in France? Am I in Italy? Am I in Bel-Air? I'm certainly not in Sweden anymore."

Fredrik recently bought a new home and has since moved out of the gorgeous rental. In an August interview with, he explained why decided to make the move. "It was time for us to buy something here and really, you know, renovate and do something that would last for a very long time for us and our kids," he said. "We've been renting this one, and it's amazing, but it's not our forever home."
