Heather Altman Always Does One Thing When Husband Josh Is "Not in a Good Mood"

In the exclusive Bravo Insider video above, Josh Altman gave a tour of his stunning kitchen and showed what a "real parent's refrigerator looks like." There was leftover macaroni and cheese, pickles, and "tons of fruit" in the fridge, but the freezer is where, as the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent put it, the Altman family gets "crazy."

Although Josh was excited to discover Lean Cuisine packages and some frozen meat, there was one food in particular that topped his list. "Pigs in a blanket does your body good," he said, holding up a box of Sabrett cocktail franks. "This makes me happy, especially after a failed escrow. My wife knows: Josh is not in a good mood, start cooking up the pigs in a blanket."

In addition to Josh's favorite comfort food, Heather Bilyeu Altman has a few other go-to's when it comes to cooking for her family. "I love pasta, so we eat a lot of pasta in the house," she recently told BravoTV.com. "The kids love pasta. My mom also raised me on roast and potatoes and, you know, just good old hearty, heavy, good-smelling food."
