Heather & Josh Altman's Son Ace Had the Most "Epic" Blue Ombre Smash Cake: PICS
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple's 1-year-old had a hilarious reaction to the cake.
Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu Altman's celebrated their son Ace's first birthday in the sweetest way.
In an Instagram post, Heather shared multiple photos and videos of their family (also including the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple's daughter, Lexi) posing behind the 1-year-old's stunning blue ombré smash cake. While Lexi seemed delighted by the dessert, made by Cake and Art, Ace didn't appear to be quite as impressed. "Ace’s 1st cake was a family affair! Happy chaos," Heather wrote. "We discovered Ace does not have a sweet tooth like his mom and sis tho."
In his own post, Josh added: "The cake smash was epic and definitely Lexi’s favorite part."
While Ace may not be a fan of cake just yet, he had another incredible confection made in his honor for a poker-themed backyard birthday party. The two-tier dessert, also created by Cake and Art, was covered with edible poker chips and cards spelling out the little one's name.
For the big day, the family's backyard was decorated with black, red, and gold balloons as well as oversized dice and playing cards. "We took it back to [Heather's] Vegas roots with the casino theme and representing the Ace name," Josh wrote of the family fete. "Best of all celebrating health and happiness with family Altman BBQ style."
Josh and Heather tend to go all out when it comes to their celebratory sweet treats. While Lexi recently rang in her third birthday with two incredible cakes at her unicorn-themed party at home, Heather celebrated her 35th birthday in January with an over-the-top bright blue Barbie cake. As she explained at the time: "My Lexi designed my cake of course."
