Josh Flagg Is Listing Suzanne Somers' "Legendary" Palm Springs Compound (PICS)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is helping the actress sell her property for $8.5M.
After more than four decades of owning her iconic Palm Springs home, Suzanne Somers is turning to Josh Flagg to get the property sold for $8.5 million.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent announced the listing news in an Instagram post, calling the 28-acre compound the actress shares with her husband, Alan Hamel, "legendary."
According to the listing, the 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom multi-structure compound features four villas and a main house with an open living room, chef's kitchen, a 2000+ bottle wine cellar, and a formal dining room with a fireplace and wet bar. One of the villas, designed by late architect Albert Frey, boasts a two-room suite with glass walls, a rock shower and a meditation garden.
With swimming ponds, a natural amphitheater with a stage, a waterfall, and hiking trails, the outside of the property is equally breathtaking.
The property has been off-and-on the market in recent years. In 2019, the same year the couple reportedly purchased a new Palm Springs abode, Suzanne opened up about her time in the “private paradise.”
“We love entertaining on the grounds," she said at the time in a press release issued to TODAY Home. "Our friends fly in from all over for a surprising south of France experience in Palm Springs.”
