The MDLLA Agents Reveal the Home Features They Can't Live Without

The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents shared their surprising must-haves when it comes to their homes.

The MDLLA Cast Plays Truth or Drink!

When Tracy TutorJosh AltmanJosh Flagg, James Harris, and David Parnes appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on November 4, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents talked shop — or rather, house.

During their virtual appearance in the Clubhouse, the agents listed their must-have home features. Tracy started the round. "Definitely good lighting," the Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word author said. "There's nothing worse than recessed lighting everywhere. Excessive recessed lighting is a no-go."

Flagg was all for a home-automation system, which handles everything from setting the alarm to turning the air on with one button-push. Altman can't live without a sauna, which he uses every morning during his 20-minute bike ride. "I just feel like I can take over the world after that," he said.

For James, a bidet is essential. And finally, David said: "You need somewhere cozy for the animals," as he showed off his adorable dog.
