When Rob Lowe saw James Harris and David Parnes' incredible Beverly Hills listing, he made quick moves to make sure he could call the contemporary abode his home.
In a post shared to Bond Street Partners' official Instagram account, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' agents revealed that the 2,940-square-foot house was "Sold in One Day—OVER ASKING!"

The home, that Variety is reporting Lowe purchased for $3.75 million following the sale of his $45.5 million estate, boasts a chic all-white kitchen, a stunning pool, and an expansive entertainment space.
