Your First Look at Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 13

In March 2020, we were beyond impressed with Tracy Tutor's new home gym setup, complete with exercise balls, mats, and a pilates reformer machine. As it turns out, that was just the beginning of the incredible workout space she would go on to create in the months that followed.

In a recent feature for the Wall Street Journal, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent and her boyfriend, personal trainer Erik Anderson, detailed the process of transforming their detached garage into a jaw-dropping gym.

"When there was nothing to do but eat and drink and workout and sleep, we got this wild hair: Why don't we turn the garage into a home gym?" Tracy recalled. With that, the couple got to work and spent nearly $100,000 on the transformation. Now, with everything from a squat rack to  a bench press to an exercise bike in the 21-by-22-foot space, Tracy declared: "I don't think I'll ever go back to a gym again." In addition to everything the couple needs to workout, the the gym also has a gorgeous view of their backyard.

In an Instagram post, Tracy reflected on making the major change to the house. "So honored to be recognized in [the Wall Street Journal] for the hard work [Erik] and I put into our home gym this past year," she wrote. "This space was more than just a passion project for us, we knew that it was going to be a place we wanted to enjoy, sweat, and connect with friends. So many laughs and tears of pain happen in that gym every day but I would not have it any other way."
