Tracy Tutor Shows Off Her Chic, Neutral-Hued Holiday Decor
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent shared a peek at the jaw-dropping decorations in her L.A. abode.
It's all about location, location, location for those in the real-estate business. But this season — for Tracy Tutor, at least — it's about decoration. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent recently shared a peek at her stunning decor for the 2023 holiday season. And of course, in keeping with Tracy's signature aesthetic, it's incredibly chic and tasteful, and it doesn't need bright hues to pop.
To get an idea of the setting for the holiday decor you're about to see, check out the video above. In the clip, Tracy leads a tour of her freshly renovated home, which was originally built in the 1920s.
It has an entryway paved with chevron flooring and sunny rooms filled with sleek, neutral-hued furniture. "My overall feeling was I wanted to make sure that I was creating a more subtle space that just provided me some sanctuary from the craziness that is happening out there in L.A. every single day," she says.
At this time of year, Tracy's home decor may not be as subtle as pared-back as usual. However, it still meshes with her taste for neutral fabulosity, though it has a little extra twinkle on the side.
Tracy Tutor's Holiday 2023 Decor
In a November 28 Instagram post, the agent shared a peek at all the glitzy, gilded trimmings in her Los Angeles home. "Anyone else ready for Christmas?" she captioned the post. It certainly looks like Tracy is.
Her footage showed lit-up garlands wrapped around her central staircase, a tree loaded with gold and beige ornaments, and a mantel hung with three grey stockings. Tracy's decor also includes silver, conical trees decking surfaces, monochromatic ornaments in bowls, and a wreath hung near the burbling fountain in her backyard.
To add to the cozy vibes, Tracy's two white dogs make an appearance in the video and are seen lounging in front of the gently glowing Christmas tree. Take a peek at the decor in the video below:

Last year, Tracy spoke to MyDomaine about her taste for neutral decor. "The past few years I’ve been really drawn to neutral palettes," she told the outlet. "They are very soothing and can give a home a warm feeling without going over the top."
"I wanted everyone who stepped inside to feel invited," she continued. "I will have a full house hosting all of my family through the holidays, and I wanted to do something special and memorable; I changed it up this year and went away from my traditional red and gold holiday theme."
