Tracy Tutor’s New Backyard Has a Gorgeous Pool and “Really Cool” Entertaining Spaces
The MDLLA agent got “exactly what [she] wanted” after renovating her new home’s stunning outdoor space.
As Tracy Tutor explains in the video above, her backyard is “not that big,” so when the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent renovated her new home, she made sure she could use every inch of the outdoor space. (Press play on the video above to see.)
“What I love about it is [there are] so many different spaces to entertain,” she says while showing all the areas of the backyard, including the stunning pool. “We pushed out this deck and created a dining patio, and then finally you’ve got my firepit area, which is another really cool place to hang out at night.”
One of the many serene details of the space is a cozy swing just steps away from the back door. “I created this swing because I just thought [it’s] another nice place to maybe sit and read a book,” she explains.
After spending “the better part” of a year renovating the entire property, Tracy is especially thrilled with how the backyard turned out. “To have this many different places to hang out and entertain is exactly what I wanted,” she says in the video. “And luckily, I got it.”
