As an experienced agent, Tracy Tutor has won over tons of hard-to-impress clients. (Relive a particularly memorable one in the clip above.) But, she's especially proud to have the business of her latest seller.

In a December 10 Instagram post, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent showed herself clinking glasses with a honey-blonde beauty who looks an awful lot like her. "JUST SOLD," she wrote in her caption. "Congrats to my sister Kristin on the sale of her classic traditional estate in Holmby Hills."

As it turns out, Tracy has some complex history with this particular estate. "Ten years ago, when she first bought the home for $13.5M, it would have been on of the biggest deals at that time in my career ... if she had used me as her real estate agent," Tracy wrote. "But that's not what happened. When I learned that she had bought it through someone else and hadn’t even asked me, I nearly quit the business."

But of course, that's not what happened, either. "Instead of quitting, I let the lesson and pain of that experience drive me," Tracy continued. "Not getting my [sister's] listing was a humbling experience. But it set me on the path that we all need to be on." And a decade later, Tracy did get her sister's listing — and sold it with an asking price of $29.9 million.
