In the video above, Tracy Tutor breaks down her best outfit tips for no-fuss, stylish dressing. In addition to sharing her go-tos for day-to-night, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent also notes a key ethos to her wardrobe: must-have neutrals.

How to Watch

“Be it sand colors, dune colors, white, black, grays, tans — those are the colors that you can intermix a lot,” she says in the clip. “Don’t get me wrong: I love red, I love tangerine this season… but when you’re talking about staples in your closet [...] I always think start with neutrals.”

The California mom did just that in a recent social media post, sharing how she kicked off the weekend in an outfit that was just as “casual” as it was fashion-forward.

Tracy Tutor’s “Street Style”

Taking to Instagram on June 10, Tracy posed on the sidewalk in a laid-back yet still utterly sophisticated outfit. “We love casual Fridays,” she captioned the snap, in which she rocked a white tank top by Enza Costa ($110) tucked into a pair of high-waisted sage green cargo-style pants by Helsa Studio ($268).

The blonde beauty, who added the hashtag “street style” to her post, paired her breezy summer look with a swept-back updo plus white heels and a white mini bag by The Attico. She accessorized with a chunky silver chain necklace and a large watch for the perfect finishing touch.

Tracy Tutor’s Style Must-Haves

In addition to her more casual looks, Tracy also points out in the video above what pieces she turns to for looking “appropriate in the business world.”

“I really think it’s important to have a couple of key blazers […] that you can throw over your shoulders or wear in any sort of business setting,” Tracy shares, also noting the importance of a pencil skirt for feeling “sexy and confident.”

Another helpful tip? Mixing the “high-low.”

“I like to spend money on really nice things. I do make sure that I buy my investment pieces in colors that I know are gonna last a lifetime and in fabrics that I know are gonna last a lifetime,” the real estate pro shares. “[But] then […] with the trends and some of the more interesting pieces I don’t think are gonna be back or last for 10 years… I’m not gonna spend as much money.”

She continued, “I’m a big fan of Zara. Believe me: If you pull the looks together in the right way, you’re gonna look like a million bucks.”
