This year, Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant and his wife, Emilia Bechrakis, welcomed the birth of their beautiful daughter Zena, and now the couple is looking forward to upgrading their living situation from a downtown apartment to a spacious townhouse in Brooklyn that can accommodate their growing brood. But first there will be a little dust.

Ryan recently gave us a peek at what’s going down at his soon-to-be home, and renovations appear to be pretty extensive. He and Emilia purchased the 8,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom home from author Jonathan Safran Foer last year for $7.6 million. The gorgeous six-story home in the historic Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn had already undergone one deluxe renovation a few years back. But Ryan is intent on putting his own stamp on it.

From the looks of his Instagram Stories, there will be extensive changes to the parlor floor and staircase. Ryan captioned a video of the exquisite historic staircase, saying, “This all goes buh-bye” and noted that he was putting in a 26-foot closet, too. That is room for a lot of nappies.

Oh, and it looks like Ryan might be considering dumping his stunning Lacanche range (you know the ones that come with an entry level price tag of $11,000). We'll gladly take it off your hands, Ryan! We'll even come and pick it up!
