Is Ryan a Handsome Piece of Cardboard?

Ryan explains why it's important to open up in a relationship and why this is his favorite ep of MDLNY ever.

Wow. How awesome was 1985??? This is one of my favorite episodes of Million Dollar Listing New York. I knew the moment I walked into this house that all of the fans would love the house too. I still can't believe that NO ONE had opened those doors in nearly 20 years! I love New York because of houses like these, where a property can sit quiet -- untouched -- for two decades.

How to Watch

Catch up on Million Dollar Listing New York on Peacock or the Bravo App.

What was more exciting than seeing the house untouched was that we sold it for the full asking price, almost immediately. Every other broker Sidney interviewed said that the house was worth $2 million less, and that it needed to be renovated before going on the market. I was the only broker who said to leave it as is and that I would sell it for the exact dollar amount they wanted. And. . .I sold it!

But you're probably more interested in my thoughts regarding my dinner with Emilia. Unfortunately, I don't have much to say here because I put it all out there. I don't like talking about myself, but I understand that if I want a relationship with Emilia, I need to let her in. Otherwise -- it's like dating a piece of cardboard, a handsome, hilarious, piece of cardboard.
