See Inside Fredrik Eklund's Stunning 10-Bedroom California House
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker shares a new look at his 11,500-square-foot digs in Los Angeles.
Although Fredrik Eklund sells some incredibly luxe homes, the Million Dollar Listing New York broker never imagined that he would be residing in one like his Los Angeles rental abode. "I never, ever, ever thought I would live in an 11,500-square-foot house on two acres with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms," he said on the show's May 13 episode.
After moving to California with his family in 2019, Fredrik has split his time working between Los Angeles and New York. While the hectic schedule is well worth it to the broker, the constant travel doesn't always come easy. "I'm not gonna sugarcoat it: Being bicoastal is a lot," he shared during the episode. "I'm back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. It is exhausting, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made for us."
Last year, Fredrik opened up to BravoTV.com about the incredible house, which has an expansive backyard, a tennis court, and multiple playrooms for the couple's kids, Milla and Freddy. "We are completely obsessed," he said. "I feel like a constant high. I wake up in the morning and I look at [my husband] Derek and we can’t believe it, you know?"
"Our master bedroom is the size of my apartment back in New York," he added. "We have two terraces on the master. Two bathrooms in the master. It’s an incredible property. I mean, I can’t brag about it because I don’t own it ... but it’s really special."
